The Zimmer Group bag gripper is a unique end-of-arm system for handling bags that can be filled with a wide variety of goods, such as flour, vegetables, fruits, grains, fertilizers, chemicals, cement or numerous other products. Different bag materials can be used, including paper, plastic, jute or fabric and woven fabric.
- Synchronous pneumatic jaw movement and force retention
keeps the bag centered and gives long life. - Large drive cylinders for fast cycle times capable of up to 20 cycles per minute,
depending on robot and distance travelling. - Optional functions for flattening, intermediate layer handling and pallet handling.
- Special forks for food grade or for hazardous / chemical materials.
