You can choose from three options depending on your application: You can opt for either the tried-and-tested push type - gas springs, linear actuators, or a combination of both of these products. For an extra boost of power – or to get the most out of your speed.
GAS SPRINGS – WITHOUT ELECTRICITY, JUST MANUAL POWER
The time-tested ACE NEWTONLINE gas springs provide perfect support for manual force, such as when opening a hood. We adapt them to your application within 24 hours and deliver the maintenance-free gas springs ready for installation. Stainless steel gas springs are also available from stock.
INDUSTRIAL POWERISE® – FOR DYNAMIC POWER
Whether as a standalone solution or integrated into your system, the innovative industrial POWERISE® combines all the advantages of gas springs. Within just a few hours, you will receive an installation suggestion from us. This allows you to place the stocked linear actuator in your application in record time. The control unit is either already integrated in the POWERISE® or available as an accessory, with relevant safety features precisely implemented with the external control unit.
INDUSTRIAL POWERISE® PLUS GAS SPRINGS – FOR HIGH POWER
The perfect interplay of Industrial POWERISE® and ACE gas springs takes strain off the actuator. You benefit from faster travel speeds and optimized manual adjustment. This makes it possible to achieve optimum manual forces in a tension-free state as well as higher weights. As a unique service, ACE offers a free and precise design, and we then deliver the complete package of push type - gas spring and POWERISE® in combination, ready for installation and within just a few hours.

Industrial POWERISE® offers you the selection you need to do so, even in the standard variants – spindle pitches from 2 to 30 millimeters, external or internal control units, and graduated communication options up to a CAN bus interface.
