Unimotion's ball screw driven linear units have a built-in precision ball screw drive with reduced backlash and integrated zero-clearance guide rail system inside the profile. Compact dimensions provide high load capacities and rigidity of the linear unit. They can be easily combined into multi axis systems.

Linear unit with two parallel, integrated zero clearance rail guiding systems allows high load capacities and optimal cycles for the movement of larger masses at high speed. The aluminium profile includes T-slots for fixing the linear unit and for attaching sensors and switches.

Linear unit with a single integrated zero clearance rail guiding systems. The carriage, with central lubrication port, allows easy central re-lubrication of ball screw and ball rail guiding system and provides the possibility to attach additional accessories on the side. To achieve higher speeds and longer strokes, ball screw supports system can be integrated.

The MGBS is a mini linear unit with an integrated precision ball screw drive that converts the rotary motion of the motor to the linear motion of the carriage with high mechanical efficiency and low friction. High performance features such as high speed, good positioning accuracy and repeatability are achieved by using a precision ball screw drive and linear guide.

Linear units with a toothed belt drive and an integrated zero clearance rail guiding systems. Compact dimensions provide high load capacities. These linear units can also be combined to various multi-axes linear systems and ensure an excellent price/performance ratio with short delivery time. All belt driven linear units use a toothed, steel reinforced belt. Pretensioned belt with zero-backlash drive pulley allows good positioning accuracy and repeatability at high alternating drive torques. The aluminium profile includes T-slots for fixing the linear unit and for attaching sensors and switches.
